PetCo Iraq EULA

By using the PetCo Iraq mobile app or website, you agree to use the service only for lawful shopping, pet listings, pet-service inquiries, communication, and account activity.

License

PetCo Iraq grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app and public website to shop pet products, browse and contact sellers of pets, find pet services, and manage your orders and seller shop.

Account and orders

You are responsible for the information you provide, including contact details, delivery address details, and any order notes submitted through the app.

Payments

PetCo Iraq does not process online or card payments. When you place an order you choose a preferred payment method (cash on delivery, FIB, FastPay or Qi Card); our team then contacts you by phone to confirm the order and arrange payment. Never share card numbers, PINs or passwords with anyone claiming to be PetCo Iraq.

Sellers and pet listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their products and pet listings, including health, vaccination, age and price details, and must comply with applicable animal-welfare laws. Listings may be reviewed, hidden or removed by PetCo Iraq. Pet sales arranged between buyers and sellers are their own responsibility.

Pet services

Pet service providers (such as veterinary clinics, groomers, pet hotels, trainers and sitters) are independent. PetCo Iraq lists their information to help you contact them but does not provide those services itself.

Restrictions

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, copy protected app content, list prohibited or mistreated animals, or use PetCo Iraq systems for fraudulent activity.

Changes

PetCo Iraq may update this agreement when the app, website, or service terms change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
